Kailua / Kaneohe

Kailua is situated on the opposite side of Koolau Mountains and is approximately 30 minutes away from Honolulu by taking Pali Highway. It is a cozy beach town famous for its beautiful white, sandy beach. Kailua attracts people who love to spend a leisurely pass time in a quaint beach neighborhood. There are many shops, markets and restaurants in town along with number of marine activity shops, which cater to Kailua’s water enthusiasts. Strolling down the single-story homes built along tree-led streets. On the south end of Kailua beach is Lanikai, an exclusive beach community featuring unique homes on the hill as well as multi-million dollar estates fronting the Lanikai beach, which has been quoted as the most desirable beach in Hawaii by some. Many artists and writers from the mainland choose Lanikai as their second home.

Situated next to Kailua on the norhtern side is town of Kaneohe. It is approximately 30 min. from Honolulu by taking Like Like (pronounced likay, likay) Highway. Kaneohe is known for its sweeping Koolau and Kaneohe Bay vistas. As one of the two largest residential communities on the windward side of Oahu, it offers many housing choices from affordable condos and townhomes to single family homes with picturesque views. It is a well-established community which has grown considerably in the past decade as more people moved here in search of ideal places to raise their families. Marine Corps Base Hawaii lies across the south end of Kaneohe Bay.
